MT&D facilitates the placement process of exiting students from Moore College and current Assistant Ministers (Deacons) seeking a new ministry position in the Diocese of Sydney.
We do this by collating CVs from exiting students at Moore College and Assistant Ministers (Deacons) seeking a new ministry placement and collating position descriptions of roles being offered by parishes and other ministry organisations.
This information is made available on the secure part of our MT&D website normally in early July each year. Only those people involved in the process will be able to view the information.
Parish Rectors and exiting students / Assistant Ministers will then be able to talk together and Rectors can then make an offer. However, any offer is subject to the approval of the Archbishop. To receive this you need to contact MT&D by email outlining the details of the offer.
