Richard Coekin Senior Minister of the CO-MISSION Initiative, London
Richard Coekin is the Senior Minister of the CO-MISSION Initiative – a network of Churches and Plants throughout South and West London. Richard was one of our inaugural speakers when the Ministry Intensive started in 2006 where he helped ministers to consider the topic of Proclamation & Protest. Richard spent some of his school years in Queensland, studied law at Cambridge and as part of his theological training spent a year at Moore College. Having survived a revocation of his clergy license, and the following legal action, he was reinstated by the Archbishop of Canterbury and has continued directing a growing network of ministry plants in the UK. We welcome him back to the 2010 Ministry Intensive to help us consider 'Growth in Christ's Church'. Richard is married to Sian and have five children.

Kanishka Raffel Rector St Matthew's Shenton Park, Perth
Kanishka Raffel was born in London to Sri Lankan parents and was raised as a Buddhist. While studying law at Sydney University a friend gave him a copy of The Gospel according to John and he subsequently became a Christian. Since then he has known no greater pleasure than sharing the news about Jesus with people who have no idea how much Jesus loves them. After graduating from Moore College he has led the Ministry team at Shenton Park since 1999. Kanishka has a reputation as a clear, bold and eloquent preacher and so we are pleased to have him address the topic of 'Preaching to Christ's Church'. Kanishka is married to Cailey and they have two daughters.
